Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead regional sales efforts and vendor partnerships in Northern Luzon. This role requires a go-getter mindset, strong field presence, and the ability to build strategic relationships aligned with U.S. federal contracting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential customers to build rapport, gather market intelligence, and identify federal-aligned business opportunities.
- Proactively identify and develop new customer accounts in the region.
- Monitor and report competitor activity to inform pricing and sourcing strategies.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with service providers across multiple categories to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Travel extensively — including remote Northern island territories — to assess supplier capabilities and ensure alignment with federal contract standards.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in supply chain, government contracting, or vendor management.
- Must own a 4-wheeler vehicle and be comfortable with frequent travel.
- Strong skills in sourcing, networking, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Familiarity with U.S. Federal Government procurement processes is a plus.
- Self-driven, field-oriented professional with strong reporting and communication skills.
- Prior experience with US military procurement processes is a plus.
