Job Responsibilities:
- Proficient in creating quotations and overseeing booking procedures.
- Organize sales data into clear, easy-to-read formats.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with quotes provided.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure tasks are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Provide relevant data and reports to the Operations team as needed.
- Pay close attention to recurring customer issues and report them appropriately.
- Schedule appointments between clients and the sales team.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, text, and phone calls.
- Keep client contact information up to date.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing reports and preparing documents for the sales team.
- Work proficiently with Microsoft 365 tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistics, Shipping, or Freight forwarding.
- Solid understanding of INCOTERMS.
- Willingness to work a graveyard shift in a hybrid work setup.

Pay: Php26,525.00 per month
