- Regulatory Clerk is responsible for assisting in the processing, filing, and tracking of regulatory documents to ensure the company adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. They will support the regulatory compliance team by maintaining up-to-date records, coordinating with relevant authorities, and preparing reports as needed.
- Documentation Management: Collect, organize, and file regulatory documents, licenses, permits, and reports. Ensure that all regulatory documents are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
- Data Entry and Recordkeeping: Accurately enter regulatory data into internal databases and maintain detailed records of interactions with regulatory agencies.
- Regulatory Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Filing and Archiving: Maintain organized filing systems for regulatory records and ensure that all documents are archived in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist Compliance Team: Provide administrative support to the regulatory compliance team by helping with the preparation of compliance assessments, inspections, and other tasks as needed.
