The Administrative Clerk supports the Regulatory Department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. This role ensures the smooth operation of the department by assisting with document control, filing, scheduling, correspondence, and regulatory submissions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling sensitive and confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize regulatory documentation, reports, and correspondence
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings to relevant authorities
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, and track action items for the regulatory team
- Update and maintain documents
- Support compliance audits by retrieving and organizing required documentation
- Process incoming and outgoing mail related to regulatory matters
- Handle data entry and track deadlines for submissions, renewals, and reporting
- Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to gather necessary information
- Ensure confidentiality and proper archiving of all regulatory documents
- Assist with formatting and proofreading technical documents and reports
