Job Title: Relationship Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, offering tailored loan solutions, and ensuring a smooth loan servicing experience. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of loan products, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all loan-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Educate clients about loan products, terms, and repayment options to help them make informed decisions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell financial products and services.
Loan Services Management
- Assist clients with the loan application process, ensuring all required documents are submitted accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with underwriting and credit teams to facilitate loan approvals.
- Monitor loan accounts to ensure timely disbursements, payments, and compliance with terms.
- Address and resolve client concerns related to loan servicing, including payment issues or account adjustments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and loan transactions.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies during all phases of loan servicing.
- Monitor client accounts to identify potential risks, such as delinquent payments or changes in creditworthiness.
- Work closely with the collections team, if necessary, to address overdue accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in loan services, relationship management, or a similar role in the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of loan products, credit analysis, and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with loan processing and servicing software.
- Analytical skills to assess financial data and identify risks.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Work Environment:

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
