Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative & Operational Support:Handling purchase orders, work orders, timesheets, and expense tracking to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Equipment Management:Coordinating maintenance and repair schedules for heavy equipment, monitoring fleet usage, and tracking asset locations.
- Customer & Client Relations:Serving as a point of contact for clients, answering queries, and communicating customer feedback to relevant internal teams.
- Sales & Inventory:Assisting with sales processes, processing orders, and managing a parts warehouse.
- Internal Coordination:Liaising with logistics, parts, and service departments to ensure timely deliveries, part orders, and efficient service routes.
- Reporting & Decision-Making:Submitting timely reports on branch activities, tracking data to inform decisions, and ensuring compliance with contracts and regulations.
- Health & Safety:Promoting a safety culture, ensuring safety equipment is maintained, and participating in workplace inspections
