Job Description:
We are a construction company based in Houston, TX, seeking confident, motivated and skilled Remote Cold Call Telemarketing Agents to join our team. As a telemarketing agent, your primary responsibility will be to cold call homeowners and build a connection so they will schedule a free estimate for various home improvement services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads for home improvement services
Schedule appointments for free estimates with interested homeowners
Provide clear and persuasive information about our services
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments
Connect with homeowners in the Houston surrounding area
Requirements:
Experience: Previous telemarketing or cold calling experience is required
English Proficiency: Must have C1 or C2 level fluency in speaking, reading, and writing
Skills: Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential
Equipment: Must have a computer, fast and reliable internet connection, and a headset. We will provide the dialer and CRM software.
Availability: Must be able to work the specified hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST)
Breaks: Two 15-minute breaks (10:45 AM - 11:00 PM CST and 3:45 PM - 4:00 PM CST) Lunch Break - Unpaid (12:30 PM - 1:30 PM CST)
Additional Information:
Training will be provided on the first day to familiarize you with our services and calling strategies
