Position Title : APPOINTMENT SETTER
Report to : Team Leader
Department : Operations
Appointment Setters provide support to a company’s sales team by calling prospective clients and schedules appointments. Provide general customer and administrative support. They’re responsible in contacting leads to generate appointments.
Essential Qualifications:
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, lead generation, or customer service is often preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
Communication Skills:
- Clear and professional spoken and written English.
- Ability to actively listen and handle objections.
- Strong interpersonal skills and phone etiquette.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using phones, email, chat, and appointment scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Google Calendar).
- Familiarity with call center or VoIP software (e.g., RingCentral, Dialpad).
Organizational Skills:
- Ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
- Sales Orientation:
- Basic understanding of sales pipelines and lead qualification.
- Confidence in initiating conversations and setting up meetings with potential clients or leads.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
