Responsibilities:
- Oversee and perform maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipment, facilities, and utilities
- Coordinate with service providers and contractors for specialized repairs
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Ensure safety and compliance with building codes and standards
- Support multiple store locations as needed
Qualifications:
- Mechanical Engineering graduate is a plus
- Preferably with experience in facility or equipment maintenance (restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
