This position reports to the Requisition to Pay Director – APAC and North America, and is based in Paranaque City, Philippines.

What You Will Do
The Requisition to Pay (R2P) Manager is a key role as it will lead all R2P operations in the North America region.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead North America R2P operations to enable business continuity and ensure compliance adherence
· Partner with the global R2P leadership in developing the regional R2P operation team and deploying this team effectively to meet the functional and regional goals
· Work directly with 3rd party managed service providers to drive operation excellence.
· Be responsible for coordinating and connecting the delivery of R2P services in the region
· Ensures service delivery meets standards and requirements with an emphasis on continuous improvement to exceed customer expectations.
· Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, supply chain team etc.) with a view to constructively influencing the needs and expectations in the region.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Key Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, accounting or any related field
· With at least 10 years’ experience in Procurement, Finance or other relevant business experience
· At least 5 years’ experience in people management
· With SAP hands-on operation and project implementation experience
· Preferred: Prior experience of Finance digitalization and automation
