Develop new food products or improve existing ones.
Conduct experiments and trials to optimize recipes, formulations, and processing methods.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, production, and quality assurance) to ensure products meet consumer needs, regulatory standards, and company objectives.
Monitor and adapt food processes (e.g., fermentation, pasteurization, drying) to enhance product quality, shelf life, and cost-efficiency.
Conduct sensory analysis (taste tests, texture, smell, etc.) to refine products.
Analyze and report on product performance, quality, and stability.
Visit commissaries or do field works
