KEY TASKS

Lead key projects with R&D to support business objectives.
Develops research programs that include current developments to improve existing products and explore the potential of new products.
Understanding customer expectations for future products to be manufactured. Identify and implement advanced techniques used by suppliers, competitors, and customers.
Establish project goals and priorities in collaboration with Marketing and Operations.
Transfer of new technologies, products, and production processes in and out of the company. Research, design and evaluation of materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment.
Recommend training tools to develop employee performance and skills.
Track team metrics and goals to ensure goals are met.
Document all research and development phases.
Establishes and maintains test procedures to evaluate raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Monitor complex research projects, analyze results, and make recommendations based on results.
Assess the scope of research projects and ensure they are on time and within budget.
Attend industry conferences on interesting research topics

BASIC QUALIFICATION

Graduate of Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
At least 1-year experience as Research and Development Officer or equivalent position
Must be willing to work extended hours
Must be willing to work on weekend and holidays
Willing to work onsite at Kapitolyo Pasig, City
Availability to start ASAP is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
