- Food Safety and Quality:Ensuring all new recipes adhere to food safety regulations, nutritional standards, and quality control procedures.
- Collaboration:Working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and production, to develop new products and improve existing ones.
- Documentation:Maintaining detailed records of culinary experiments and research findings.
- Training:Training other chefs and kitchen staff on new recipes and techniques.
- Product Improvement:Identifying areas for improvement in existing products and processes, and developing solutions.
