QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of Science and Technology courses such as Food Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- With at least 1 year experience in research and development, and proven understanding of processing techniques, food safety principles, and food regulations.
- Has skills on recipe formulation, sensory technique, documentation and reporting.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and must be good in oral communication, and must be well-versed in conveying technical information in written communication
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across stores and departments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist and facilitate in product and process development.
- To make technical feasibility research for process improvement in relation to production application.
- To help in planning launch activities to ensure smooth knowledge transition from R&D to production through product and process specification.
- To assist in product registration.
