JOB SUMMARY
Reservations Associate at City Garden Grand Hotel is responsible for assisting guests with their booking needs and ensuring a seamless reservation experience that reflects our commitment to warm hospitality and exceptional service. The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to enhancing the guest experience at our vibrant Makati location.
Key Responsibilities
- Reservations Handling
- Process all reservation requests, modifications, and cancellations promptly and accurately.
- Confirm reservations via email or phone, ensuring that all guest details and preferences are recorded.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies related to payment terms, booking conditions, and cancellation policies.
- Guest Relations and Customer Service
- Answer guest inquiries regarding room types, amenities, packages, and promotions unique to City Garden Grand Hotel.
- Provide exceptional service to each guest, ensuring that inquiries are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Address special requests, including room preferences, special occasions, and loyalty program benefits.
- Sales and Upselling
- Identify opportunities to enhance guest stays through room upgrades, dining packages, and other amenities offered by the hotel.
- Inform guests of any available promotions and recommend suitable options to match their preferences.
- Consistently contribute to occupancy and revenue goals by promoting room upgrades and hotel packages.
- System and Data Management
- Accurately enter all reservation information into the hotel’s property management system (PMS) and maintain organized guest records.
- Regularly update room inventory and availability across relevant booking platforms.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate room allocation and seamless guest experience.
- Interdepartmental Communication
- Work closely with the front desk, housekeeping, and concierge teams to ensure all guest requests and expectations are met.
- Communicate VIP arrivals, special requests, and room preferences to relevant departments to enhance service delivery.
- Promptly report guest concerns or feedback to management for swift resolution and improvement.
- Administrative Support
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly reservations reports as required.
- Keep records updated, organized, and in compliance with hotel policies.
- Assist the Reservations Manager with special projects or additional duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
