Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle reservations via phone, email, website, social media, online systems, and walk-ins.
- Input and update reservations in the hotel’s system.
- Confirm bookings and send confirmations to guests.
- Provide information about the hotel, room types, rates, and services.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Resolve booking-related issues, such as cancellations and changes.
- Promote hotel amenities and services.
- Upsell room categories, dining options, and packages.
- Identify and convert sales opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Other related task as may be assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or any related course.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience reservation software and property management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
