Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, informative, and timely responses to customer and guest inquiries for hotel booking and reservation via phone, email, and other communication platforms
- Maintain a high level of organization and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Handle confidential tasks with integrity and attention to detail
- Assist customers with their queries concerning Hotel reservations and customer service calls from guests staying at the hotel
- Process payments utilizing our new CRM and phone systems
Work Schedule
The position requires working the graveyard shift.
Ideal Candidate
Required Competencies
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a CSR role in Hotel /Hospitality /booking and reservation
- Experiences within the transport and flight booking and reservations is also accepted
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a neutral accent
- Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential tasks with the utmost integrity
- Highly organized and able to multitask effectively
Preferred Competencies
- Competency in using CRM software and utilizing Google workspace
- Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft platforms
Bonus Competencies
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a well-structured filing system
- Great customer service experience, preferably in Hotel reservation
- Careful, diligent, and detail-oriented
- Patient, polite, and able to display appreciation to all customer contacts
