Responsibilities:
- Managing sales (Components of Sales); managing store financial, LSM, store over all operations
- Managing people, scheduling team member training, store hiring & recruitment managing COS, yield & variance,
- Managing stocks & Inventory (forecasting & ordering), admin works
- Managing kitchen staff training, admin, PMS and COS monitoring
- Admin works, Dining staff raining
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Hotel, Restaurant Management or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience as a manager specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant service
