Sotogrande Hotel is looking for a RESTAURANT MANAGER to join our team in Davao.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Food and Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent business-related degree.
- Should have at least 2 - 3 years experience in a managerial or supervisory position in a Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service organization.
- Must be experienced with marketing strategies, cost control, and budgeting and up to date with new trends available in the market.
- Excellent in oral communication skills and interpersonal skills and love interacting with guests
- Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Amenable to working long hours, especially during weekends and holidays
- Must be well-versed in restaurant operations and handling banquet events.
- Must be a self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenues
- Must have extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Must be willing to be assigned to any of the hotels under our group specifically Davao or Cebu.
