Job description
Ø Responsible to store operation and implementation.
Ø In-charge of mid and end month inventory reports.
Ø Ensures Food, Service and Cleanliness Quality Standards
Ø Ensures achievement of prepared sales forecast.
Ø Ensures implementation of operational systems and procedures such as cash and security control, kitchen management, crisis management, customer service etc.,
Ø Analyzes financial statement
Ø Controls customer complaints and coordinates any crisis occurrences with the Crisis Management Committee, the prepares corrective action plan for customer complaints.
Ø Ensures manpower readiness and proper training of all employees ensuring their awareness and compliance to company standards, policies, rules and regulations and work procedures.
