Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance and meet targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Oversee merchandising, pricing, and promotional initiatives to maximize revenue.
- Ensure timely inventory replenishment and proper product displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide excellent service.
- Monitor competitor strategies and implement improvements.
- Train and motivate the sales team for top performance.
- Ensure proper work scheduling, attendance, and staff management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, merchandising, or retail management is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
