KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the store
- Train and mentor staff, providing guidance and support
- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stocks checks to maintain accurate records
- Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or any related field.
- 1-2 years related work experience is an advantage.
