Responsibilities:
- Support sales and revenue growth by contributing to the development and execution of effective marketing strategies for retail operations.
- Assist in planning and implementing multi-channel marketing initiatives, including digital, print, in-store promotions, and events.
- Help design and launch campaigns aimed at boosting foot traffic, increasing sales, and strengthening brand awareness.
- Work closely with visual merchandising, product development, and sales teams to deliver cohesive campaigns aligned with brand goals and standards.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, using insights to refine and optimize strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to standards across all marketing platforms and materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience preferred.
- Onsite role based in Banilad, Cebu City.
