Overview:
We are looking for an organized and experienced Warehouse Officer to oversee daily warehouse operations in our food manufacturing facility. The role involves managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring efficient storage, handling, and dispatch of goods in compliance with food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
- Implement and maintain proper warehouse layout, labeling, and storage systems.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company policies.
- Prepare and submit warehouse reports to management.
- Train, guide, and evaluate warehouse staff.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- College graduate in any course; Management or Operations-related degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience in warehousing and people management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of food safety handling and GMP is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
