About the Role: Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of our client’s brand, ensuring every customer interaction is handled with care, professionalism, and a solutions-first mindset. You’ll help resolve issues, process orders, and maintain the high standards our clients are known for.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries across online marketplaces
- Resolve issues related to deliveries, damaged or missing items, and more
- Process refunds, replacements, and other resolutions in line with company policies
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Handle administrative updates like address corrections and order modifications
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams for swift resolution
- File and manage claims with shipping carriers like UPS
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in customer service (e-commerce or retail preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with online marketplaces and customer service tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
