Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and communication-savvy Dental Health Retention & Reactivation Consult Representative to join our team. This role involves reaching out to existing or inactive patients, reactivating appointments, and supporting patient retention efforts. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and prior experience in sales or retention-based roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to re-engage patients and schedule consult appointments.
- Promote dental services and maintain a positive brand image.
- Handle objections professionally and provide excellent service to encourage patient retention.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily/weekly goals.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Experience in sales, retention, or appointment setting preferred.
- Familiarity with dental or healthcare services is a plus.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a dental or medical support role.
- CRM or outbound calling tool experience.
- With Dual monitor, headset, 200 Mbps internet and back ups
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
