PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Process Management is a Corporate Process and IT (CPIT) function-oriented position dedicated to defining innovative process improvements with the key finance functions aligned with SAP’s business strategy and goals leveraging technology.
CPIT’s goal is to operate an effective and efficient GFA service portfolio and delivery model that both aligns business priorities and secures high customer satisfaction as well as significantly increases the level of standardization & automation of our end-to-end processes, ensuring our operational success.
The Revenue Accounting Process Manager will support the realisation of this goal, by driving standardization, simplification, and automation across the R2R and Revenue Recognition portfolio, further developing flexible core finance processes through alignment with upstream and downstream process teams, whilst significantly decreasing manual touch points in high volume processes. Business Process Intelligence is one of the newest technologies to be used by Process Management to best support this.
By implementing our latest solutions and technologies together with the GFA COO Swarm Organization the team will support our goals of scalability and efficiency without compromising on quality, GAAP, and SOX compliance, moving towards a fully automated, real-time closing process.
