We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Safety Trainer to lead training programs that ensure employee awareness and compliance with workplace safety regulations, procedures, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and deliver safety training programs in compliance with company-specific regulations.
- Conduct safety orientations for new employees and ongoing training for current staff.
- Perform job hazard analyses to design targeted training.
- Maintain training records and ensure all certifications are up to date.
- Assess employee comprehension of safety practices through quizzes, observations, and follow-up training.
- Collaborate with supervisors and safety committees to identify training needs.
- Investigate safety incidents and near misses to determine training gaps.
