● Must complete the DOLE prescribed training course for health and safety prior to their appointment and meet the requirement of duly accredited Safety Practitioners.
● Regular employee with knowledge of Site health and Safety Procedures is a plus.
● Graduate of any 4 or 5-year College Course
● Minimum 1 year experience of managing a team
● Highly decisive and with initiative and produces highly accurate, quality work.
● With strong verbal & written communication skills.
