1. Assist in developing safety, health, and security training programs for tank truck drivers in compliance with the company's Road Transport Policy.
2. Ensure that tank trucks are road-worthy and comply with the Road Transport Policy of ITP Trucking.
3. Assist in scheduling and training of OJT Tank Truck Drivers.
4. Monitor and ensure compliance with the monthly HOP requirements of ITP Trucking.
5. Prepare and submit monthly Safety, Health, and Security reports.
6. Conduct an Incident Investigation and submit it on time based on Chevron's timeline.
7. Prepare and submit on time the required DOLE Reports.
8. Schedule tank truck drivers on In-Cab Performance Management Review.
9. Schedule and assist in facilitating the monthly Drivers Safety Meeting.
10. Manage the filing and updating of documents related to road transport safety.
11. Attend DCC Meeting (Chevron Terminal) and JOCASP (Jet A1 Depo) Safety Meeting.
12. Conduct monthly facility safety inspection and implement safety and health programs in compliance with company safety and health policies.
13. Annually review and update the Journey Plan and send to Chevron Terminal for approval.
14. Review and update the HIRAC of the company.
15. Develop and implement Security Programs for company facility and delivery operations.
16. Perform another task that may be assigned to him from time to time.
QUALIFICATION
- AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE SAID FIELD
- SAFETY OFFICER 2 (S02)
- BOSH TRAINING AND TRAIN THE TRAINER CERTIFICATE
-willing to travel from time to time to assess the drivers on driving behavior and customer site assessment.
