About the role
Lucrum Enterprises Corporation is seeking an experienced Safety Officer to join our team. As a full-time Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety and well-being of all our employees and visitors on-site. This is a critical role that plays a key part in maintaining our strong safety culture and compliance with relevant industry regulations.
What you'll be doing
- Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and address potential hazards
- Developing, implementing and monitoring safety policies, procedures and training programs
- Investigating and reporting on any incidents or accidents, and implementing corrective actions
- Liaising with regulatory authorities and ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation
- Promoting a positive safety culture and providing guidance and support to all staff
- Maintaining detailed records and preparing comprehensive reports on safety performance
What we're looking for
- Degree or certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
- Experience as a Safety Officer in the construction industry
- Strong working knowledge of health and safety regulations, including OSHA standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards
- Proficient in using safety management software and data analysis tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
