PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement the OHS policies and programs to the PCII employees.
- Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics.
- Conducts toolbox and employee training about safety.
- Conduct risk assessment and possible safety hazard of all aspects of site operations and enforce preventive measures.
- Review existing policies and procedures and update the employees.
- Check if all the employees are acting in adherence with rules and regulation.
- Inspect premises, equipment’s and the work personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)
- Oversee workplace installations and any other work that could harm employee’s safety.
- Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy to the employees.
- Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
