Job Duties
(The job holder is responsible for making sure the equipment and working conditions are complying with occupational safety and health regulations.)
- Inspects machines and equipment for accident prevention devices.
- Observe workers to ensure correct use of prescribed safety tools.
- Inspect specified areas for fire prevention equipment and other safety and first-aid supplies.
- Tests working areas for noise, toxic and other safety hazards.
- Prepares report of findings with recommendations for corrective action.
- Investigates accidents to ascertain causes for use in recommending preventive safety measures and developing safety program.
- Job Specifications
- Graduate of any four year course
- Must be an accredited safety officer
- Preferably with at least 6 month experience
- Willing to be assigned in Noveleta, Cavite.
