JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepares subordinate work schedules per shift, as well as delegation and monitoring of duties and responsibilities.
- Closely monitor pre-employment medical compliance.
- Enforces safety of all personnel including fire and accident prevention, proper use of PPE’s and proper housekeeping activities.
- Attend all permitting and registration requirements of the company prior to the construction, installation, or operation of plant machineries as required by DOLE, BFP & PEZA.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor Degree with 40 hrs. mandatory OHS training and 48hrs advance safety training.
- At least 1 year experienced as Safety Officer 3 gained from food & beverage manufacturing company.
- Good Manufacturing Practice, FSMS
- Strong sense of ownership.
- Root cause analysis.
