Job Overview
A Sales Account Manager manages and grows client relationships within our freight forwarding operations. This role is responsible for closing and maintaining existing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all logistics services including air, ocean, and ground transportation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international logistics and proven experience in account management and sales.
Qualifications
- With solid experience in sales in the logistics industry preferably in freight forwarding
- Excellent English communication skills (With American accent is preferred)
- Smart with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving and time management skills
- Fast learner and growth driven
- Independent and self-managed team player
Work Arrangement
- Remote set-up with reliable internet and equipment
- Monday to Friday (9:00-6:00 EST)
- Full-time Contractor job status
Starting Rate
- Starting pay of $1,000 or higher per month (negotiable) with potential increases and KPI bonuses depending on performance and target hits.
