SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER FOR INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION
LOCATION: Alabang
SETUP: Day shift, Onsite
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Account Management:
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical support.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial and process automation sector.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into long-term valued clients.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Collaborate with the other internal team to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals.
Technical Expertise:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industrial automation products, solutions, and technologies.
- Provide technical consultations and recommendations to clients based on their specific needs.
- Stay updated on advancements in automation technology and integrate new solutions into sales strategies.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports on key metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demands.
- Other related tasks from time to time.
COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales within the industrial automation industry preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of automation systems, process control, and related technologies.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships with different levels, including C-Levels, of the customer organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
