Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience Level:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and administrative support.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team including managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, reports, and inventory information. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist in processing orders, invoices, and contracts. Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Finance, and Customer Support to keep clients updated on order status.
- Lead billing and collection efforts by submitting documentation, posting invoices (e.g., Unilab’s Coupa), and coordinating with client finance teams to ensure timely payments.
- Act as the main contact for sales-related communication. Send quotations, respond to inquiries (with Sales approval), and provide order updates.
- Ensure prompt response to inquiries, send samples, and help resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction, especially for team orders.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with Production and Merchandising to meet demand.
- Support sales events and trade shows by submitting documents, coordinating payments, and ensuring smooth execution.
Working Set-up:
- Office setting with 8am-5pm shift.
