Job Summary:
The Sales Admin Officer plays a key role in supporting the sales team by ensuring smooth execution of sales operations while assisting in marketing initiatives. The role involves working closely with Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to ensure efficiency in sales processes, performance tracking, and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Sales Support:
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Merchandising teams to ensure seamless execution of sales operations.
- Monitor and track sales orders, deliveries, and inventory levels, ensuring alignment with demand.
- Analyze and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
- Returns – Minimize product return rates and improve customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service Level (CSL) – Ensure high fulfillment rates.
- On-Time Delivery (OTD) – Track and resolve issues in order fulfillment.
- On-Shelf Availability (OSA) – Ensure key products are stocked and available.
- Maintain and manage sales databases, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
- Assist in forecasting and sales planning by analyzing historical data and market trends.
Marketing & Promotions Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities and sales programs.
- Support the creation of sales and marketing materials, including presentations, reports, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align promotional strategies with sales goals.
- Help design and maintain sales dashboards for tracking marketing campaign results.
Reporting & Data Analysis:
- Generate weekly and monthly sales performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use Excel and Power BI (if applicable) to create dashboards and data visualizations for better decision-making.
- Track and follow up on action logs, ensuring that teams adhere to commitments and deadlines..
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Preferably with a sales background and marketing background or experience in sales operations, analytics, or coordination.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Knowledge of Power BI or other dashboarding tools is a plus.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
