I. Position Summary
· Assist the sales team and perform administrative duties
II. Responsibilities
· Assists Sales Team
· Follows sales process and must be familiarized with sales documents
· Carry out general clerical duties that include filing, data entry and record-keeping
· Provide general administrative support to the team, including office supplies and equipment maintenance
· Preparation of gate pass
· Help to prepare the bidding documents and other sales documents
· Request and liquidation of Cash Advances/Petty Cash
· Update Weekly Reports such as sales monitoring/ sales consumated
· Followed up all the pending documents from Sales
· Documentation for Releasing of Units
· Documentation for Registration of Units
· Collecting/Submission of Daily Itinerary, Leave form and Offsetting
· Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
III. Experience Requirement
· Must be a graduate of any 4 year course.
· Knowledgeable in Clerical and Administrative Works.
· Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
· Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
· Has strong Customer Service Skills
· Should have at least 1 year of experience in administrative/sales tasks.
· Familiar in sales process
