- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, sales proposals, and contracts.
- Manage and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Track and process sales orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, finance) to support sales activities.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Monitor stock levels and order status related to client orders.
- Support in organizing client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate documentation and filing of sales records.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload under pressure.
- Knowledge of the construction or engineering industry is a plus.
