Job Summary: The primary function of the Sales Admin & Support role is to assist the sales team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining customer satisfaction through activities like order processing, record keeping, and data management.
Job Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
- Confirming order details with customers.
Customer Service:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Handling customer complaints and issues.
Data Management:
- Ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Coordination and Support:
- Liaising with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure smooth operations.
- Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Managing order delivery timelines
- Supporting in processing certifications (DTI-BPS)
- Supporting in vendor accreditation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
