Do you love talking to people, converting leads into customers, and making sales? We are a growing Process Meat Manufacturing company looking for a Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook, Messenger, and other platforms
- Turn inquiries into actual customers by offering great service and deals
- Post engaging content and promotions on social media (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram)
- Actively look for new customers online (Facebook groups, marketplaces, lead generation)
- Maintain a list of leads and follow up regularly
- Work with the team to meet monthly sales goals
- Report weekly on inquiries, leads, and sales performance
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or digital marketing is a plus
- Confident in messaging and talking to people online
- Knows how to use social media platforms effectively
- Can work independently and meet targets
- Highly motivated and result-driven
- Bonus if familiar with food distribution or wholesale
