Job Title: Sales and Marketing Engagement Officer
Location: Magalang, Pampanga
Reports To: Sales Operations Manager
Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing Engagement Officer leads the coordination of seller engagement activities—including trainings, assemblies, and team-building—and supports the execution of sales-driven marketing events such as open houses, exhibits, and project launches. Serves as a link between Sales and Marketing teams, the role ensures alignment of initiatives and manages the inventory and timely distribution of marketing collaterals for field and promotional use.
Essential Job Functions
- Organize and execute seller and broker activities such as trainings, sales assemblies, recognition programs, and team-building events
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to plan and implement sales-driven marketing activities, including open houses, property previews, exhibits, and project launches
- Manage and monitor inventory of marketing collaterals, ensuring timely distribution to sellers, brokers, and project sites
- Ensure proper documentation, safekeeping, and replenishment of all collaterals and promotional materials
- Support internal communication efforts related to sales events, such as creating announcements, schedules, and activity reports
- Gather feedback from sellers and brokers to improve future engagement initiatives and sales support activities
- Assist in logistical arrangements for events and provide on-ground support as needed
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Education Attainment
BS Business Administration, Marketing or any related course
Work Experience
- With experience in organizing and coordinating sales-related events such as open houses, awardings, exhibits, and similar activities
- Skilled in event planning and logistics, with strong attention to detail, time management, and coordination
- Proficient in MS Office and Canva or other basic design tools for creating marketing materials and event content
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, resourceful, and able to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a real estate sales or marketing setting is an advantage
