Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to spearhead our growth initiatives, expand market reach, and strengthen client relationships. This role requires a balance of strategic marketing, lead generation, and hands-on sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote software solutions.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across industries.
- Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing).
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing (preferably in software/IT solutions).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and B2B sales is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
