Position Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Officer for Alternative Distribution and Partnerships drives business growth by supporting partner engagement, developing marketing proposals, and executing campaigns. The role focuses on identifying client needs, crafting tailored solutions, and coordinating initiatives from ideation to activation to strengthen channel performance.
Essential Functions:
- Sales & Partnerships: Support partner account management, prepare proposals and agreements, monitor performance, and ensure timely responses to client and partner inquiries.
- Marketing & Ideation: Identify client needs and market opportunities, contribute to solution development, and assist in launching marketing initiatives from concept to execution.
- Product & Operational Support: Conduct market research, coordinate product rollouts with internal teams, and manage day-to-day administrative tasks to enhance team efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accountancy, Management, or any related field
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing support, partnerships, client servicing, or sales operations (experience in the insurance industry is a plus, but not required)
- Proven ability to support marketing initiatives—from concept development to execution—across various channels and audiences
- Proficiency in preparing marketing proposals, materials, and reports to support campaign and sales efforts
