Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the conceptualization, implementation and post-evaluation of all trade marketing programs such as trade and consumer promotions, events and activations
- Ensure competence of all front-line support through regular product orientation and skills training in coordination with the training group
- Responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of display and merchandising guidelines that ensures brand and product awareness thereby resulting to increase in sell out
- Conduct regular trade audit or store check to assess trade marketing needs and ensure proper implementation of all trade marketing activities
Qualifications:
- With above-average desktop skills (i.e. MS Office especially PowerPoint)
- With strong analytical and communication skills
- Preferably has 2-5 years of working experience in the same role
- Candidate must possess at least a College Degree in Management or any related field
