Skybest Logistics Corp is on the hunt for a Sales Superstar who’s just as comfortable closing deals over coffee as they are crushing numbers in the office. It’s a hybrid setup: part field, part desk, all action. You'll have the flexibility to mix up your day, meet clients face-to-face, and still make time for a good spreadsheet session back at HQ.
✅ What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Graduate of Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Familiarity with Heating, Ventilating Air Conditioning (HVAC) or refrigerating industry is an advantage, but not required.
- Can start ASAP.
✅ What You’ll Be Up To:
Sales
- Researching prospects and generating leads
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
- Developing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
- Negotiating all contracts with prospect clients
- Answering client questions about products, price, and availability
- Maintaining client records
Marketing
- Identifies market opportunities
- Helps determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations
- Visits clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
- Designs, implements, and monitors marketing campaigns
- Posts on social media accounts
