MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/ College degree major in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent;
- At least one (1) year training or certification in sales techniques, digital marketing or financial services;
- With proven track record including hands on experience in online/digital marketing trends, advertising/ Media platforms is required for this position;
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills;
- Good knowledge of bank products and services (loans, deposits, investment products, etc.);
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to develop marketing campaigns and manage digital platforms;
- Strong customer relationship management skills;
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
