- Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the employer with a professional tone
- Follow up with leads and prospects according to pre-set schedules and templates
- Organize and track lead status using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Schedule meetings, send calendar invites, and handle basic admin tasks
- Draft and send marketing emails, newsletters, or outreach messages
- Conduct light research on leads, industries, or market trends as needed
- Coordinate with other team members, freelancers, or clients when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong written English communication skills (grammar, tone, and professionalism)
- Ability to work independently and manage sensitive information discreetly
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, email tools (e.g., Gmail, Outlook), and productivity software
- Comfortable using a VPN or privacy tools to maintain security and confidentiality.
- Background in sales support, appointment setting, or lead generation
- Experience in digital marketing (email campaigns, social media scheduling)
- Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Outlook is required.
Education and Work Background
- Bachelor’ degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, and another related course.
- At least 2+ proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a sales/marketing support role.
