Job Summary
We are looking for a tech-savvy, creative Social Media Manager to develop and manage content, run social media campaigns, engage with online communities, and optimize digital marketing efforts. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and boost customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Set up and manage marketing automation workflows using industry-standard tools
- Maintain CRM data, segment audiences, and track customer interactions
- Integrate social media campaigns with marketing efforts to increase lead generation
- Write compelling captions, ad copy, and calls-to-action (CTAs)
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth
- Optimize ad targeting, manage budgets, and conduct A/B testing to improve ROI
- Track lead generation efforts through CRM reports and pipelines
Qualifications
- Familiarity with email marketing
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
